Note: New Zealand and Norfolk Island passport holders do not usually need to lodge a visa application prior to their departure unless they have health and/or character concerns.

Visa Invitation Letters – NOT provided
Please note that it is the policy of the meeting NOT to supply an “invitation letter” as it is NOT required and does NOT assist in the visa application process. Upon payment of registration fees, each delegate receives a Registration Confirmation Letter and receipt of payment.
